At Nani Jewellers, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not damaged or altered

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Bridal sets and customized jewellery
  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or bank transfer if applicable)

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, orders may already be processed or shipped.
